VOLUNTEER APPLICATION

To volunteer you need to be an active Christian Scientist.
According to The Mother Church guidelines, to serve as a Reader you must be a Mother Church member.
Please complete the application so we can get to know you better.

Christian Science at Chautauqua Institution is located at a denomination house and includes a chapel. The term “denomination” at Chautauqua is a very inclusive term meaning an institutional faith organization of which there are fifteen. Twelve of these denominations have Denominational Houses on the grounds. Our staff participates in multiple activities with many denominations. Please describe how comfortable you would feel sharing Christian Science. Please share any prior experiences you've had at Chautauqua Institution. "N/A" is acceptable.(Required)
